b)  Items which to be exchanged need to be sent to the addresses given below within 30 days of receiving the goods.

c)  925 SILVER ART will replace the items free of cost or issue a full refund if we have sent you a wrong item . 

d)  If you would like to exchange any item, 925 SILVER ART will replace the returned items free of cost and issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit /debit card used for online shopping.
